Stayed at a charming hotel with cozy, luxurious bungalows and a peaceful atmosphere. The beds were soft, and the crisp white bedding and fluffy pillows provided a comfortable night's sleep. The private bungalows were tastefully decorated with modern amenities and had a lovely view of the surrounding hills. The location was perfect, just a few minutes away from the bus station and the town's center. the warm and friendly staff made us feel like family.

Although the hotel was lovely, the staff lacked professionalism, and their English language skills were limited. , the breakfast was strictly Vietnamese, which had limited options, and my partner and I had to purchase our fruit.

Spent Xmas in a charming natural setting surrounded by beautiful gardens and landscapes. the vintage bungalow we stayed in was cozy and comfortable, and we were amazed by the attentive and friendly staff who made us feel right at home. What we liked most were the spacious rooms and the great ambient, which was perfect for those who love nature. One highlight was the early check-in, which was a great bonus. the location was also a plus, being close to many local attractions, and there was free wifi too.

The wifi signal in the room was weak at times. Another aspect we found disappointing was the breakfast, where we only had two options to choose from and the taste was below average.

We had a great stay here. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early and check out late without any extra fees. The location was perfect, close to the city center and also near the Phuong Trang bus station. The view was amazing, being situated high up in the mountains. We also enjoyed the convenience of easy parking and good security.
